With more than 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, Nalini serves as Head of Quality at Bayer Canada, where she leads the organization’s quality strategy and provides oversight of GMP-regulated operations. Her work is centered on ensuring the consistent supply of safe, high quality medicines through robust quality systems, risk based decision making, and close regulatory alignment.
She brings end to end expertise across the product lifecycle, with a strong focus on supply chain resilience, compliance, and operational excellence. Recognized for aligning quality systems with regulatory expectations through practical solutions, she works closely with regulators and industry partners to help mitigate drug shortage risks and support reliable patient access to medicines.
In increasing global supply challenges, Nalini has played a key role in addressing drug shortage risks, working collaboratively with regulators, manufacturers, and cross functional partners to support timely patient access to critical therapies.
Her leadership is grounded in proactive risk management, transparency, and meaningful cross industry collaboration-ensuring that complex challenges are addressed with clarity, speed and integrity.
