He possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in a broad range of areas, including risk-based Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q), Validation, Quality Systems, and Engineering Project Management, with a particular emphasis on solid, liquid, ointment, injectables, and aseptic manufacturing. Adnan’s extensive hands-on experience spans the qualification of facilities, utilities, and equipment, along with a strong familiarity with Computer System Validation, Process Validation, and Cleaning Validation. His proficiency is evident across various manufacturing and laboratory facilities, encompassing oral solid dose, aseptic and sterile manufacturing, packaging, storage, critical utilities, and environmentally controlled spaces. Adnan has notable experience with Quality Systems, Risk Assessment and Management, Critical Alarm Assessment and Categorization, Failure Mode & Root Cause Analysis, CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action), Change Control and Change Management. Adnan is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
