Change Aigent

Christine Beyaert is a strategy and transformation leader specializing in AI-enabled change in regulated and scientific environments. She helps organizations move from early experimentation to reliable, scalable implementation by building the capabilities required to govern, integrate, and operationalize AI in practice.
She brings more than 15 years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, governance, and communications across healthcare, biopharmaceuticals, public sector, and other high-accountability domains. Her background combines executive advisory work with hands-on leadership roles across organizations including Roche (Canada) / Genentech (US), Johnson & Johnson, Shoppers Drug Mart, the Ontario Ministry of Health, the Public Health Agency of Canada, and Canada’s Drug Agency.
Christine is the founder of Change Aigent, a strategy and transformation advisory firm, where she designs how AI fits into workflows, decisions, and governance so it can be used consistently and at scale.
Her doctoral research focuses on how healthcare organizations adopt and implement AI under real-world constraints, including governance, decision-making, and capability development. In parallel, she contributes to international standards development through ISO, including leading global work on healthcare-specific AI considerations.
Christine’s work is guided by a simple principle: sustainable transformation comes from building capability, not deploying tools.
