Paul combines broad knowledge of operations in multiple industries, with deep expertise in developing capabilities in individuals, teams and organizations.

Paul combines his practical hands-on experience with a passion for learning and research, and holds Master level degrees in Engineering, Human Resource Management, and Technology Management from universities in Scotland and Canada.

Paul is recognized for his ability to coach, mentor and develop people, always ensuring that change and continuous improvement is approached from a human perspective. When considering operational management, his foundational philosophy is to ensure that systems are designed to be simple, easy to use, and sustainable.
