Yvette has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where she has held numerous positions with Operations Training and Continuous Improvement. With her expertise, Yvette has pioneered numerous operational improvements to drive colleague and cultural success. This includes leading the integration of augmented reality with digital twin solutions for high containment tablet presses for the Toronto Oral Solid Dose site. Yvette uses her abilities to ensure the continuous optimization of the overall Operations training program for 500+ employees.
