Sean Ramsden is Site General Manager at Novocol Pharma, where he leads site operations within a global CDMO network. He brings over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, spanning technical transfer, business management, and customer relationship leadership across sterile and complex product environments. Prior to Novocol, Sean held senior leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he was responsible for portfolio services and business operations across multiple sites. He is recognized for driving operational performance, building strong client partnerships, and enabling scalable growth in support of global biopharmaceutical customers. Sean holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Genetics, and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen’s University.
