Pauline is a certified PMP with 20+ years of progressive project/program management experience within Pharmaceutical CRO, Financial Technology, Food Retailer, and Energy Distribution industries. She has delivered on a diverse portfolio of initiatives supporting Information Technology, Contract Research, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation and Business Optimization. In her current role as a Senior IT Project Manager at CRL she leads national cross-functional teams within CDMO business through innovative IT system implementations aimed to improve inventory accuracy, operational efficiency and real-time insights within Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
When Pauline is not project managing by day from her remote office in Toronto, Canada, she flies to warmer waters to enjoy her passion as a PADI Advanced Scuba Diver.
