As an experienced Physical Asset Management Head, Mathew has experience in biopharma and Food and Beverage manufacturing environments. Mathew has gained invaluable expertise in managing the maintenance and reliability of critical assets with a strong foundation in the principles of asset management, including reliability engineering, maintenance, spare parts management, obsolescence management, analytics, and the implementation of predictive technology. The deployment of analytics for reliability and maintenance engineering is a key initiative in his biopharma career. This led to the development of a continuous improvement program that focused on reducing downtime and increasing asset reliability, resulting in significant cost savings for the plant.
