Luke is a Professional Engineer with 15 years experience in the Pharmaceutical & Biopharma Industry. He holds a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University. He has held progressive engineering positions with the industry’s top drug manufacturers.

Luke has grown his expertise in key areas including manufacturing science and technology, tech transfer, capital management, engineering operations and process engineering. He has led multi million-dollar equipment and facility design projects as a lifecycle SME and engineering lead.

His experience with project management principles and lean methodologies help ensure streamlined designs and project execution allowing for effective management of budgets, timelines and resources. Luke joined Kenvue in 2023 and is one of the lead engineers overseeing the Guelph site expansion and hopes to broaden his role to a regional support model.
