Dr. Linh Nguyen is a Staff Scientist at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, where she has led the Cell Manufacturing Team of the Tumor Immunotherapy Program since 2005. The team has manufactured cell and gene therapy products for early phase clinical trials such as tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), dendritic cells, T-cell receptor (TCR)-engineered T cells and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cells.
Her expertise spans from cancer immunology and immunotherapy, to applied areas in biotherapeutics manufacture including process development, technology transfer, manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory submissions. She has extensive experience in project and program management, and in interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams.
Dr. Nguyen obtained her PhD in Immunology at the University of Toronto in 2002 and pursued postdoctoral studies at Harvard Medical School.
