Jon is an experienced Professional Engineer with over 15 years of project and technical leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry. He graduated from the Chemical Engineering program at the University of Waterloo in 1998. He has held various engineering roles at AstraZeneca, McNeil, and Septodont where he has contributed to the delivery of new and modified processing and packaging facilities, including design and specification, equipment build and testing, facility commissioning, and continuous process improvement through application of OEE and Six Sigma tools. Jon has led teams through the installation, startup and validation of sterile manufacturing facilities including HVAC, medical gases, water systems and automated equipment ensuring conformance to schedule and user requirements.
