Ben brings 20+ years of HR leadership experience including organization such as Novartis, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Pharmascience. He has held various roles ranging from European Regional Head of Talent Management based out of Switzerland and in the USA with multinationals, to HR Lead and Coach with artificial intelligence start-ups and private equity businesses. Ben has been involved in quite a bit of M&A work through his career, as well as leading the Communications and Government Relations along the way. He is currently leading the People & Culture effort with Sanofi.
Ben has been a presenter at Linked-In Talent Connect in California , as well as other conferences on both sides of the Atlantic , usually on topics of HR innovation and bringing “a cutting edge” to people practices. In addition to holding an MBA, Ben is a trained professional coach.
