Avery Weintraub is a process engineer in the pharmaceutical industry with over eight years of engineering experience in manufacturing, consulting, and capital project management. She currently works at Novocol Pharmaceutical in Cambridge, Ontario, supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing and equipment upgrade projects. She has worked in the construction industry and capital projects, then moved into specialty chemicals consulting, and now enjoys working in pharmaceuticals. She is excited to share her career journey and experiences with the McMaster engineering community.
