Jean Cappelli is presently Director, Engineering & HSE at Ropack Inc., a Montreal based pharmaceutical CMO. Jean is responsible for all technical aspects related to equipment, buildings and utilities. He is also responsible for major investments project, including construction projects.

Jean graduated from École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1992 in Mechanical Engineering. He has 25 years of experience in various manufacturing industries, including plastic extrusion, food, bottling and cosmetic manufacturing. For the last 17 years, he has worked in the pharmaceutical industry. Before Ropack, he worked at Aventis Pharma, Sanofi and Valeant Pharmaceutical International in maintenance, project management and HSE.
