Nikhil Pal is an Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation leader with over 14 years of experience across pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, and high-tech electronics. He currently works within Roche’s CDMO network, where he supports global manufacturing partners on performance improvement, quality systems, and value delivery across regulated operations.

A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Nikhil has led and governed large-scale transformation initiatives spanning deviation reduction, cycle-time improvement, process standardization, and digital enablement in GxP environments. His work focuses on integrating Lean, Quality, and data-driven methods into daily operations, ensuring technology investments translate into real shop-floor outcomes.

Previously, he served as Factory of the Future Program Manager at Jabil, leading more than 30 manufacturing transformation projects across electronics and medical device operations. His experience bridges strategy and execution, with hands-on involvement in process engineering, governance design, and change leadership.

Nikhil is the author of Business Process Improvement in the Age of AI, a reviewer for the International Journal of Lean Six Sigma, and an active contributor to professional bodies including ISPE, ASQ, and IEEE. His work emphasizes practical, scalable approaches to Pharma 4.0 that respect compliance, strengthen process ownership, and improve operational reliability.
