Shannon has 25 years of Human Resources experience encompassing all elements of HR including business partnering, talent management, compensation, pension, benefits, recruitment, HRIS and executive coaching.

With a background in HR program design & implementation, Shannon is a globally experienced HR Professional with exceptional communication skills and strong track record of leading teams through business change and organization redesign.

Shannon spent 17 years in a variety of HR roles at GlaxoSmithKline both for the local Canadian division, but also with the global organization. Following a 2-year role leading HR for a medical device organization in Mississauga, Shannon rejoined the pharmaceutical industry taking the VP, Human Resources role at Contract Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
