Rachel Rousseau is a biotechnology engineer from the Montreal area, working as a pharmaceutical process engineer and project manager for Laporte since 2012. She has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field, especially in facility design and construction, clean utilities design, compounding equipment design and technical transfer, filling and packaging, and validation activities. She is currently studying for an MBA in strategic project management and has a passion for continuous improvement through the implementation of best practices and guidelines for the pharmaceutical industry.
