Khadija is an experienced pharmaceutical professional with a strong quality mindset and deep understanding of GxPs, ICH, and Health Authority requirements. She has a diverse background having worked in supply chain, quality operations, and manufacturing, with hands-on experience leading global teams and supporting standardization efforts within large, multinational pharmaceutical organizations. Skilled in risk-based decision-making, regulatory compliance, and materials management.

In her current role as Global Direct Material Specification Lead working at Roche/Genentech, she leads a team of experts managing direct material lifecycle to ensure a robust supply chain and compliance.

Khadija holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from McGill University. She is also certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
