In her current role as Head of Operational Excellence at Thermo Fisher Scientific, she leads strategic change across the organization, owning operating and business process improvements, growth and key continuous improvement initiatives while fostering operational and manufacturing excellence which creates a culture of maximized employee engagement.

Prior to Thermo Fisher, Noella worked for Therapure Biopharma Inc., as the Head of Project Management, she had a proven history of overseeing cross-functional teams in all aspects of project development – from initial design and strategic planning through to execution and evaluation.
