ISPE Canada Affiliate – Event Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. To receive a refund for your registration, please submit your request in writing via contact us form https://ispecanada.org/contact-ispe-canada/.

Refunds will be processed based on the following timeline:

  • 10+ Business Days Prior to Event Date: A refund of the total amount less a 10% administration fee.
  • 2–9 Business Days Prior to Event Date: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Less than 48 Hours / No-Shows: No refunds will be provided as commitments have already been finalized.

2. Substitutions (Transferring Your Ticket)

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost.

  •  Requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the event.
  • Please include the original registrant’s name and the new attendee’s full name, company, and email address.
  • Submit your request via contact us form https://ispecanada.org/contact-ispe-canada/.

3. Event Cancellation by ISPE Canada

In the unlikely event that ISPE Canada must cancel or postpone an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Registrants will be notified via email as soon as possible.
  • A 100% refund will be issued to all registered participants.
  • Please note that ISPE Canada is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees.

4. Special Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical or personal emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the administrative team with any relevant documentation for review.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
