Alfred Yu is the Senior Director of Engineering and Facilities in Resilience Biotechnologies Inc. Before Resilience, Alfred had been serving at Sanofi Pasteur site in Canada as the Director in Technical Services and Patheon (Thermo Fisher) as the site engineering head. Alfred has over 25‐years of experiences in capital engineering project management, maintenance and reliability, manufacturing operations, lean six sigma and regulatory compliance. He had held various management positions in pharmaceutical, Biopharma and consumer product industries in Canada, USA as well as Asia Pacific regions. He has a drive for continuous improvement and passion for innovation in the Biopharma industry. Alfred is a Six Sigma Black Belt with years of experiences in Lean Manufacturing. He is a certified maintenance and reliability professional (CMRP) from Society for Maintenance and reliability. Alfred is also part of the author team for the ISPE Good Practice Guide books.
